摘要 为了从众多应聘者中选拔出符合要求的人才,越来越多的用人单位在招聘中使用各种测试工具。为了进入心仪的用人单位工作,大学生提高自身就业能力是唯一的途径,而了解招聘中各种测试并掌握相应的应对策略是提高就业能力的方法之一。大学生在应聘中遇到的测试主要有以下六类:基本能力和专业知识测试、诚信度测试、观察力测试、职业性格测试、压力测试、情景测试。 In order to choose the appropriate people from a number of candidates, more and more employers use a variety of testing tools to help them during the recruitment. For the undergraduates, the only way that they can be employed by their dream company is improving their employability. To know the tests in the interview and master the corresponding coping strategies is one of the ways to improve employability. Undergraduates will mainly encounter six kinds of tests in the inter-view, namely, basic skills and professional knowledge test, integrity test, observation test, career personality test, pressure testing and scenario testing.
