旷课在高职院校学生中已经成为了一种普遍的现象,通过问卷调查发现,学校管理、自身、班主任、社会、人际等因素影响学生旷课的旷课行为。高职院校要完善奖惩措施、加强班级管理、正确激发学生的学习动机、改进教学方法合理设置课程等,以减少学生的旷课行为。
