摘要
高校辅导员职业发展问题历来是理论研究的重点,实践创新模式的探索也从未停止。本文选取了某高校20世纪90年代开展的辅导员职业发展的"213"模式,通过问卷调查和访谈记录的形式收集数据,进行性别比例、转岗发展、职称晋升、职级晋升等指标的样本描述和经验检验,开展辅导员职业发展模式的跟踪评价,对高校辅导员职业发展体制机制的创新提出了明确的决策建议和政策启示。
College counselors' career development theory has always been a focus of the study, to explore innovative models of practice has never stopped. This paper selected career development counselor"213"model of a university in the 1990s carried out to collect data in the form of questionnaires and interviews, the gender ratio reorientation of development, job pro-motion, sample description rank promotion and other indicators empirical tests, career development counselor conduct the evaluation mode tracking, college counselors' professional development for innovative institutional mechanisms put forward a clear policy recommendations and policy implications.
