加强事业单位差旅费管理的思考

差旅费是事业单位的一项重要日常支出,也是一项可控费用。目前多数事业单位在实际运用过程中均存在一些不足,如何加强差旅费管理,控制支出,提高效率,已成为提高事业单位财务管理水平的一个重要课题。本文就目前事业单位差旅费管理中存在的主要问题进行分析,提出了加强差旅费管理的一些措施和建议。

Travel cost is an important daily expense of institution , also controllable costs. At present, most institutions in the actual application process are some deficiencies, how to enhance travel management, control expenses, improve effi-ciency, increase the institution has become an important financial management issues. This paper analyzes the main issues of travel cost management in public institutions present, we made a number of measures and proposals to strengthen the man-agement of travel cost.
