摘要
目的:了解高校医学实验室安全教育及管理现状,为制定高校实验室安全指南及管理培训方案提供参考依据。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,抽取某普通高校在校的大五本科生60人,研究生80人,某重点高校在校的研究生60人,采取问卷调查形式以了解高校医学实验室安全现状。结果:所调查高校医学实验室都没有专职安全管理人员,学生对实验室的安全监督和执行度满意度低;在安全教育培训方面,仅17.4%的学生反映经常接受实验室安全培训,却有25%的学生从未接受过培训,且普通高校大多数学生反映,安全教育培训形式过于单一,作用不大甚至认为没有作用;大部分本科生对安全通道、设备,实验室规章制度,废弃物的排放处理以及易燃易爆品和灭火器的使用不了解或不熟悉。结论:不同高校在实验室安全管理和教育培训方面的工作还不够完善,导致学生安全意识薄弱,安全技能欠缺,增加了实验室安全风险。
Objective:To study the Status of safety education and management in college labs', to provide some references for developing laboratories' safety guide and management training program. Method:A random sample of 60 undergradua-tes,80 masters in ordinary university and 60 masters in key university were surveyed by questionnaire to know the safety status in college labs. Result:No full-time workers responsible for the safety of labs were arranged in the two investigated universities, and most students feel little satisfied with safety supervision and execution of their labs. Only 17.4%students reflected they were often provided safety education or training, but 25%students never part in these exercises, moreover, most students thought current safety education or training were developed in monotonous form and were not effective in regular institutions, and most undergraduates had a little knowledge of exit passageway, safety, labs' rules and a few skills to deal with waste from laboratory and to use inflammables, explosion-prone objects even fire extinguisher. Conclusion:The deficiency of safety management and education in college labs lead to students' weak safety consciousness and skills on safety which increase the crisis of safety accidents in college medical labs.
