摘要
本文主要以在中国民用航空飞行学院新开办的交通工程专业学生工作中所面临思想政治工作和管理工作的难处和问题为依据,提出行业院校新专业学生工作的一些解决办法。
This paper mainly takes difficulties and problems of ideological and political work and management in newly opened transportation engineering students' work in Civil Aviation Flight University of China as the basis, proposed solutions on new professional students' work.
