本论文提出了采用理实一体化的教学方式提高技工院校的职业技能培训,以江苏省交通技师学院为例,以"土质与筑路材料"这门课程为分析对象,在分析职业技能培训中存在问题的基础上,探索与土质与筑路材料理实一体化课程培养模式相结合的教学方法,以职业资格证书为标准,积极开展职业技能培训与考核。

This paper proposes the use of the integration of theory and practice of teaching vocational skills training institu-tions craftsmen to the Jiangsu Jiaotong College, for example, the"soil and road materials"course for the analysis of the ob-ject, in the analysis of vocational skills training on the basis of the problems and explore teaching methods and soil and road materials integration of theory and practice training model combining courses to vocational qualification certificate as a stan-dard, and actively carry out vocational skills training and assessment.
