摘要
随着高职学院教育不断普及,教育改革不断加强深入,学生产生学习倦怠情绪越来越多,老师们逐渐认识到倦怠对高职学院学生伤害很大。高职学院学生的学习倦怠已经成为现代应用心理学中学者研究的课题。本论文将相关心理学理论结合高职学生倦怠状况相结合,结合学生的性别、城乡状况、独身子女等特点对症下药,分析高职学生产生学习倦怠的原因。从而提出干预高职学生产生学生倦怠问题的对策,能够提高高职学生学习积极性,提高老师们教学质量。
With the growing popularity of vocational college education, education reforms have been strengthened further, that students have to learn more and more emotional burnout, teachers come to realize that burnout great harm to vocational school students. Vocational college students' learning burnout has become a modern scholar applied psychology research. In this paper, the relevant psychological theory with a combination of higher vocational student burnout, combined with stu-dents' gender, urban-rural status, children, etc. single remedy, analyze the reasons for vocational students to have learning burnout. Measures which made intervention in vocational students to produce student burnout, thereby improving vocational learning enthusiasm, improve the quality of teaching teachers.
