摘要
职业教育的发展需要企业可持续参与学校建设。目前,企业参与职业教育存在企业教育制度不健全、缺乏内驱力和缺乏约束力等制约因素,需要完善法律政策,建立利益补偿机制,强化行业监督职能等,以促进企业的参与行为。同时,需要学校自身提高师资队伍面向企业的职业能力,突出学校办学特色,提高人才培养质量,建立校企合作的长效机制。
The development of occupation education needs enterprises sustainable participating in college construction.At present,restrictive factors in enterprise participating in occupation education system has not be perfect,the laws and policies need to be improved,interest compensation mechanism need to be established,strengthen of the industry supervision is to promote the enterprise's participation behavior.At the same time,the college itself needs to improve the teachers' occupation ability,give prominence to the characteristics of colleges,improve the quality of personnel training,the establishment of long-term mechanism of cooperation.
