高校团学组织在人才培养、思想政治教育和学生的日常管理等各个方面都发挥了重要作用,团学干部队伍建设对于整个组织的功能的发挥有着基础性的作用,然而在新形势下,特别是在新媒体和网络的冲击下,学生干部队伍建设存在着一些问题,不利于团学组织职能的发挥。本文将根据团学干部存在的问题中,提出相应的解决的办法。

League and student organizations in colleges play an important role in the cultivation of talents,the political education and daily management.Team building of students cadres play a fundamental role in the function of the entire organization,but in the new situation,especially under the impact of the new media and network,there are some problems of in the team building of student cadres,which have a negative effect in their functions.This article will analyzed the problems and propose the correspondent countermeasures.
