摘要
本文以新加坡南洋理工学院(以下简称NYP)为例,主要就其办学理念和教学管理研修班模式进行了考察研究,以期更好地了解新加坡当前的职业教育发展以及NYP的人才培养工作,同时分析了新加坡职业教育理念与教学管理对我国职业教育改革工作的启示。
