摘要 近年来,随着社会不断发展,科学技术水平的日益提高,我国教育水平也不断提高,这对高校教育管理工作而言既是机遇又是挑战。高校教育管理工作者作为高校教育管理工作的决策人,也是高校教育活动的主要参与者,他们工作质量的好与坏、工作绩效的高与低,直接影响了高校的办学能力高低、人才培养的优与劣,因此高校教育工作者的绩效问题是各大高校普遍关注的问题。1本文针对如何提高我国高校教育质量工作者工作绩效,以及我国高校教育质量工作者工作绩效的现状和遇到的问题,提出几点有效的策略和建议,从而提高高校的社会影响力,为国家培养出更多的优秀人才。 In recent years, with the continuous development of society, increasing the level of science and technology, China's educational level is also rising, which administration of university education is both an opportunity and a challenge. Workers of Higher Education Management in Higher Education Management as a decision-maker, is also a major player in higher education activities and the quality of their work is good or bad, high performance and low direct impact on the level of educational abilities in college, personnel training superiority and inferiority, so the performance issues of higher education is a matter of major colleges and universities workers of common concern. This paper for the status of higher education on how to improve the quality of workers in our work performance, and quality work performance of educators in colleges and universities and the problems encountered, put forward some effective strategies and proposals to improve the social impact of universities, and train more talents for the country.
