高校辅导员心理辅导能力的现状与改进对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of College Counselors' Counseling Capacity

对大学生进行心理健康的教育,已经成为新时期高校辅导员们对学生的培养工作的一项重要内容。辅导员心理辅导能力的高低,可以直接影响到大学生全面素质的提高。但是,当前对辅导员心理辅导能力的研究比较缺乏,因此,我们对高校辅导员心理辅导能力的现状及进行了分析研究。

For college students' psychological health education, it has become the new era of college counselors who work train students an important element. Counselors counseling ability level, can directly affect the extent to improve the overall quality of college students. However, the current research on psychological counseling counselor's relative lack of ability,therefore, the status quo of our abilities in college counselors and counseling were analyzed.
