摘要
长年以来,我国的法学教育为实务部门培养出了一大批法律人才。但与此同时,我国法学教育也存在诸多问题,如灌输式教育方式占主导、教育观念落后、理论与实践脱节等顽疾,对此应从调整法学教育格局、深化学生法律职业素养、注重实践技能培养等方面加以改进。
Law education has trained a large number of legal talents in our country. However, our law education still has some problems at the same time, such as"chalk and talk"teaching method is dominant, educational ideas is backward, theory is disconnect with practice. We need take some measures to improvement, such as adjustment situation of law education, de-epen students' law attainment and pay attention to foster practice skills.
