伴随着航空市场的不断开拓,旅客运输航空承运人对空乘人员的需求日益增大。这一需求也刺激了国内高校空乘专业的建设和发展。然而空乘学生高中时的学习状态和文化课学习能力给各高校空乘课堂教学效果带来了困难和挑战。文章在对空乘学生特点进行分析的基础上,提出了空乘课堂教学模式的优化策略,以期提高空乘学生课堂教学效率。
