摘要
教会学生们学习的能力,才是教师的最终目标。以往,课堂教学过程更着重于提高教师的教学能力,对学生自主、合作、探究学习能力的培养却着墨不多。对学生主观能动性培养的缺失是当前小学教学中普遍存在的问题。现代教学方式的转变应是"教"与"学"这两个教学主体角色的转变,应引导学生在不断探索与创造的氛围中,养成解决问题的能力,发展其创新意识和创新能力,最终培养学生的个性发展。
In the past, classroom teaching process focuses more on improving the teaching ability of teachers, while for stu-dents autonomy, cooperation, and explore learning ability training is the inking. The lack of the subjective initiative of the students is the common problem in primary school teaching. The transformation of the modern teaching mode should be the transformation of the two teaching subject role. Furthermore, it should encourage students to continuous exploration and cre-ation of atmosphere, to develop the ability to solve the problem, develop their innovative consciousness and innovative abil-ity, and eventually develop the personality development of students.
