关于湖南开放大学建设政策法规保障现状的反思

Reflections on the Current Situation of Hu'nan Open University Building Policies and Regulations Protection

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》)明确提出要办好开放大学后,电大系统迈开了向开放大学转型发展的步伐,湖南广播电视大学也在积极筹划转型发展事宜。通过对现行的构成湖南开放大学建设政策法规体系的文献进行分阶段研究和反思,提出完善湖南开放大学建设的政策法规保障建议,有一定的理论和实践参考价值。

'Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)'(hereinafter referred to as the 'Program')made it clear to run after the Open University, TV system taking the steps toward restructuring and development of the Open University, Hunan Radio and Television University also actively planning the restructuring and development issues. Based on the existing literature constitute Hunan Open University building policies and regulations will be phased study and reflection, put forward a sound Hunan Open University building policies and regulations to protect the recommendations, there is a theoretical and practical reference value.
