河北开放大学教务管理平台建设研究——以河北电大教务管理系统为基础研究

On Construction of Hebei Open University Educational Management Platform——Take Hebei TV Educational Management System as the base

河北电大使用的广播电视大学教务管理平台,是从2003年到2007年编写完善的,并在2007年推行的电大开放教育教务管理新系统,随着时间的推移和计算机软硬件的不断更新,这个系统存在的平台功能不完善等方面的问题越发突显,对基层电大工作人员的工作带来了很多不便之处。本文针对这些问题进行分析并提出相应的对策,希望这些建议能对河北国家开放大学的新教务管理系统的修订和设计有所借鉴,能更好地为国开教务管理工作服务。

Hebei TV university uses the Radio and TV University Educational Management Platform, from 2003 to 2007 to improve the preparation, and in 2007 the implementation of the Open Education Educational management of the new system, with the passage of time and the computer hardware and software constantly updated, this problems platform imperfect sys-tem and other aspects of the existence of more highlights, the work of grassroots TV staff brought a lot of inconvenience. In this paper, analysis of these issues and propose appropriate countermeasures, we hope these suggestions for revision of the National Open University of Hebei and design new educational management system of some reference, to better work for the country to open educational administration services.
