摘要 应用技术型本科院校以社会需求为目标,培养技术密集型产业的高级应用人才。电气工程及其自动化专业是工学领域历史最为久远的学科专业之一,是应用技术型人才专业培养的典型代表。针对电气工程及其自动化专业学生实践创新培养模式的研究,探索其在专业课程教学过程中培养学生各种能力的有效方法和途径对其他应用技术型工程类学生培养模式的构建极具实际参考价值。本文以此为依据,阐述了武汉东湖学院电气工程及其自动化专业在应用技术型大学转型后的一系列教学改革措施,以适用实践创新型培养模式的需求。 The applied talents are cultivated in the application technology colleges,and its training objectives are the social needs. Electrical engineering and automation specialty is one of the most ancient disciplines in the field of engineering, and it is the typical representative of the application technology personnel training.The research on the practice and innovation training mode of stu-dents in electrical engineering and automation specialty and the effective methods and ways of cultivating students' ability in the course of the teaching of specialized courses are very practical to the construction of the training mode of the students in other ap-plication technology engineering students.This paper describes a series of teaching reform measures of electrical engineering and automation specialty in Wuhan Donghu University, which is the needs of innovative training mode.
