地方院校电子类专业“项目+竞赛+认证”人才培养新模式

The New "Project + Contest + Certification" Talents Training Mode of Electronics Specialty in Local Universities

在普通本科高校尤其地方院校向应用型办学转变的大背景下,各高校人才培养模式改革势在必行。目前地方高校在电子类专业人才培养上同质化和单一化问题严重,本文探索了新形势下的地方高校电子类专业人才培养模式,并提出了基于"项目+竞赛+认证"特色应用型人才培养新模式。实践表明,在新培养模式的驱使下,电子类专业在教学改革、应用型人才培养、毕业生就业率等诸多方面均取得十分显著成效。

Under the background of higher education universities especially the local universities transform to applicationoriented, training mode reform is imperative. At present, higher education talent training mode homogeneity and simplification is facing increasingly severe. This paper explores the training mode of electronic specialty talents under the new situation, and proposes the new talent training mode based on'project + contest + certification'. The practice shows that remarkable result has been obtained on teaching, researching, employment and specialty construction.
