统计学课程是高职院校经管类专业的一门专业基础课程。提高该课程的教学水平和教学质量,对培养学生的统计知识和统计技能,提高学生的应用能力和创新能力非常重要。目前,统计学课程教学存在学生学习兴趣较低、忽视实践教学、教学手段和方法比较落后、教师综合素质有待提高等问题。高职院校应结合自身实际,构建科学的统计学课程教学体系,提高学生运用统计学原理分析和解决实际问题的能力。
