摘要
文章通过对五年制高职学生特点的分析,提出在制度建设的基础上引入柔性管理的理念,用柔性管理的方式感化学生,使学生将学校规章制度内化为自身行为标准,积极引导学生养成良好的行为习惯,促进学生身心健康发展。
This article analyzed vocational students' characteristics, the introduction of flexible management on the basis of the concept of institution building, and with the way the flexible management of probation students, so that students will be turned into their own standards of conduct within the school rules and regulations, and actively guide students develop good habits and promote physical and mental health of students.
