当前高等教育发展的新趋势是引导部分普通高校向应用技术型高校转型,而经济法课程是应用技术型高校经管类专业培养复合型人才的重要课程。传统的经济法教学注重学生对理论知识的掌握与理解,忽略了对学生技能的培养,影响了教学效果。针对这些问题,经济法课程可以从教学内容、教学过程、教学方法、教学手段和教学评价五个方面进行改革,提升教学质量。
