摘要
在教学信息化的浪潮下,微课教学能力成为当代师范生必不可少的教学能力之一。微课教学的选题洞察能力、微课教学内容的设计能力、微课教学制作的信息技术能力、微课教学的教学反思能力和创新能力的培养,有助于提升师范生教学信息素养以及实现未来教师职业生涯质的飞跃。
Under the wave of information-based teaching, micro-lesson teaching ability has become one of the essential teaching abilities for contemporary normal college students. The insight into the choice of a topic, the design ability for teaching content, the production ability of the information technology, the development of reflection ability and innovation ability, all these abilities of micro teaching help to improve students' teaching information literacy as well as future teachers' professional career.
