摘要
人本管理思想的核心是以人为本,一切基于人的全面发展思考问题。本文首先简单介绍了人本管理思想的内涵及特点,其次说明了人本管理思想在中小学管理工作中的意义,最后论述了人本管理思想在中小学管理工作的具体应用。
The core of people management thinking is people-oriented, all-round development of people-based think of. This paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of people-oriented management thinking, followed explain the significance of people-oriented management thinking in school management work, and finally discusses the specific application of the present management thinking people working in school management.
