地方工科院校青年英语教师科研能力的提升策略

摘要 对于广大英语教师来说,英语科研难几乎成为公认的事实,而在地理位置相对偏远,文科相对弱势的地方工科院校,英语科研更是难上加难。英语教师,尤其是青年英语教师在科研工作中面临什么样的问题?如何提高?本文将从以上问题出发,以湖北汽车工业学院这所地方工科院校为个案,以青年英语教师的教学科研能力为研究对象,试图在对其现状调查的基础上,提出切合实际的提升策略,为教师培训以及高校英语教师的继续教育提供理论借鉴。 For the majority of English teachers, English research difficult almost become an accepted fact, but in a relatively remote location, liberal arts relatively weak local engineering colleges, English research more difficult. English teachers, es-pecially what kind of problems faced by young English teachers in research work? How to improve? In this paper, starting from the above problems, Hubei Automotive Industries Institute, which is the case of the local engineering colleges to young English teachers teaching and research capability for the study, based on its attempt Survey on a realistic promotion strategies, training and continuing education for teachers college English teachers to provide theoretical reference.
