地方工科院校青年英语教师科研能力的提升策略

对于广大英语教师来说,英语科研难几乎成为公认的事实,而在地理位置相对偏远,文科相对弱势的地方工科院校,英语科研更是难上加难。英语教师,尤其是青年英语教师在科研工作中面临什么样的问题?如何提高?本文将从以上问题出发,以湖北汽车工业学院这所地方工科院校为个案,以青年英语教师的教学科研能力为研究对象,试图在对其现状调查的基础上,提出切合实际的提升策略,为教师培训以及高校英语教师的继续教育提供理论借鉴。
