摘要
通过对江苏省高校通用借书证发展及现状的梳理,发现通用借书证服务中存在的问题,并在对通用借书证读者充分调查的基础上,提出基于读者需求的高校通用借书证服务对策。
Through the research on the historical and current development of Universal library card of Jiangsu Province's uni-versities, the paper finds Universal library card service problems. On the basis of full investigations to Universal library card-readers, the paper proposes the service suggestions based on the library card readers' needs.
