本文研究了教学高校科研现状和形成的原因,分析了当今高校科研的发展空间和方向,提出了促进和提高高校科研水平的方法,主要为以下几个方面:完善高校科研的奖励机制,加强高校科研人才的引入和培养,加大高校科研的经费投入和建设,加大高校科研成果的保护力度。充分利用高校科研促进高校教学的管理方法主要有以下几个方面:完善外校科研成果学习研究,充分将本校的教研成果引入教学,坚持学校科研与教学协调机制,坚持学校科研与教学相统一的激励机制。
