高校实习医生职业道德和人文素质现状及其对医患关系的影响

On College Interns' Professional Ethics and Humanistic Quality Status and its Influence on the Relationship between Doctors and Patients

本文基于医学高等教育和社会人文科学的理论研究,通过对郑州大学第一附属医院诸多实习医生人文素养和职业道德基本情况做出调研,分析出当前实习医生人文素质和职业道德的现实状况,探讨加强医学生人文素质培养和职业道德教育对缓解目前紧张医患关系的重要性。为高校培育具有高文化道德修养的全面优秀医疗人才构筑理论基础和创新平台。

In this paper, based on theoretical research of medical education and social human sciences, the humanities by many interns and professional ethics basic conditions to make the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, research, analysis of the current interns humane quality and professional ethics of reality to explore the importance of medical students' humanities quality training and professional ethics education to ease the current tense doctor-patient relationship strengthened. Universities have a high culture for the cultivation of morality outstanding medical personnel to build a comprehensive theor-etical basis and innovative platform.
