摘要
独立学院往往是以培养应用型人才为目标,教学与科研中偏重于教学。本文分析了独立学院青年教师面临的教学和科研现状,提出了处理教学和科研关系的几点建议。
Independent Colleges often based training applied talents as the goal, teaching and research in the emphasis on tea-ching. This paper analyzes the current situation of teaching and research independent college young teachers face, made several recommendations to address the relationship between teaching and research.
