网络的迅猛发展使网络成为人们生活的必需品,相应也出现了大量的网络违法为以至于网络犯罪。网络警察作为我国近年来的新兴警种,在网络日常管理和打击网络违法犯罪中具有主要的职务责任。由于网络的快速发展,熟悉网络的人才特别是既懂网络技术又有警务业务的执法人员稀缺,网络警察的整体的执法能力也受到严重的影响。本文从网络警察的执法能力的现状,分析执法能力削弱的成因,进而提出在团队建设、人才培养、职业道德方面提出相应的合理建议。
