应用型人才培养与考试改革的研究

传统的、滞后的考试制度是影响应用型人才培养质量提升的一个比较具有普遍性和代表性的问题。鉴于此,为了进一步促进应用型本科教育的发展,提高应用型人才的培养成效,本文就针对应用型人才培养与考试改革的相关问题进行了相应的研究。文章首先简要阐述了应用型人才培养的概念与内涵,然后又在此基础之上,分析了以应用型人才培养为目的时,进行考试改革的必要性和进行考试改革的相关策略,希望能够为高校应用型人才培养工作和考试改革工作的开展提供一定的参考与借鉴。
