高校辅导员心理疏导能力的培养途径研究

日益凸显的大学生心理问题和思想问题,使得心理疏导己成为高校学生工作的重要部分。高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。本文旨在研究怎样培养、提高辅导员的心理疏导能力,根据调查研究结果,提出了具体解决方法,把大学生思想政治教育工作与心理疏导有机结合,有利于为国家培养综合素质高的社会主义建设接班人。

With the psychological problems become increasingly important among college students, psychological counse-ling has already became an important part of college student management. College instructors are the main organizers, executors and instructors in student ideological and political education. The purpose of the thesis is to study how to cultivate and enhance the ability of college instructors in psychological counseling. According to the results of the research, the auth-or proposed some specific solving methods .The result showed that only by combining the political education on the under-graduates with psychological counseling together to make the best use of the psychological counseling, can more high-qual-ity talents be fostered for our nation.
