With the development of the information age and the means of education innovation, the network learning com-munity has become an important way of education in today's education. In addition to cognitive factors, social factors and emo-tional factors are the object of network learning community focused. This paper studies the characteristics of web-based learning community in the emotional and social factors, and their role and impact on network learning. And analyzes how the network learning skills training in community social emotion.
