摘要 近年来,国家和教育部门对学前教育工作越来越重视,强调要重视幼儿园本教研工作。园本教研被认为是当前幼儿园促进课程改革、提高教师专业发展水平的重要途径。园本教研体系是涵盖教师、校园、幼儿、家长等多主体在内的系统化工程,主要由教研的组织结构体系、实施方案体系和制度保障体系组成。本文对园本教研体系框架进行了分析,提出以培养骨干教研团队、搭建园本教研学习平台为重点,以完善园本教研制度、营造共享教研文化为保障,"三位一体"园本教研体系发展思路和路径。 In recent years, the State Department of education and more attention to preschool education work and emphasized the importance of the teaching and research work in the kindergarten. Education and research is the kindergarten curriculum reform, promote an important way to improve the level of teachers' professional development. Education and research system is a systematic project covering the campus, teachers, children, parents and other subjects, mainly by the organizational struc-ture of the system and research implementation scheme and safeguard system of system. The system framework of kindergarten based teaching research are analyzed, put forward to develop the backbone of the teaching and research team, build garden this research learning platform as the focus, to improve the system of kindergarten based teaching research, create a shared cultural research to protect,"Trinity"garden of the teaching and research system development ideas and paths.
