近年来,国家和教育部门对学前教育工作越来越重视,强调要重视幼儿园本教研工作。园本教研被认为是当前幼儿园促进课程改革、提高教师专业发展水平的重要途径。园本教研体系是涵盖教师、校园、幼儿、家长等多主体在内的系统化工程,主要由教研的组织结构体系、实施方案体系和制度保障体系组成。本文对园本教研体系框架进行了分析,提出以培养骨干教研团队、搭建园本教研学习平台为重点,以完善园本教研制度、营造共享教研文化为保障,"三位一体"园本教研体系发展思路和路径。
