摘要
随着创新创业理念的不断推广,越来越多的在校大学生加入创新创业的队伍当中。他们将成为大众创业万众创新的一股巨大潜在力量。然而在校大学生创新创业团队也存在一定的短板,需要加强必要的引导和管理。文章调查和分析了江西几大高校在校大学生创新创业团队的运行状况,提出了相应的引导方法和管理策略。
With the promotion of the innovation&entrepreneurship, more and more college students join in the team of in-novation&entrepreneurship. They will become a huge potential power of the team. However, college students innovation&entrepreneurship teams also exist certain short board, and need to strengthen the guidance and management. The paper surveys and analyzes the running state of college students innovation&entrepreneurship team in several universities in Jiangxi prov-ince, then puts forward the corresponding guidance method and management strategy.
