权变理论在高校管理中的运用

The Use of Contingency Theory in the Management of Colleges and Universities

随着我国教育事业的不断进步与完善,高校管理也受到我国广大人民群众的关注。传统的高校管理模式已经无法适应时代发展的新要求,因此,本文提出了权变理论在高校管理中的运用,分析了权变理论的特点,以及探究了权变理论在高校管理中的必然性。

With the continuous progress and improvement of education in our country, the management of colleges and univer-sities has been concerned by the masses of the people in our country. In the face of conventional mode of management of colleges and universities, has been unable to adapt to the new requirements of the development of the times. Therefore, this paper presents application of contingency theory in the management of colleges and universities, and analyzes the characteristic of the contin-gency theory, and explores the inevitability of contingency theory in the management of colleges and universities.
