民办高校“形势与政策”课组织落实方案探讨

形势与政策课是高等学校学生思政课的重要组成部分,教社政[2004]13号文件对该课程的落实作出了比较详细的规定。尽管民办高校形势与政策课组织落实过程中还存在着一些问题,但各校的实践中,形成了"以点带面"、"全面覆盖"等典型形式,并有部分学校开始尝试网络教学,为该课程的组织落实积累了经验。目前,要贯彻有关文件精神,依据课程建设的规范,根据各校实际情况制定科学的教学大纲和切实可行的组织落实方案,整合思政与学工队伍力量,发挥网络教学平台的优势,努力实现形势与政策课的全覆盖、不断线的要求,扎实推进大学生形势与政策教育教学工作。
