协同创新环境下高职院校校企合作之对策分析

Countermeasure Analysis of Cooperation between School and Enterprise in Higher Vocational Schools in Collaborative Innovation Environment

校企合作是高职教育的重要途径,亦是区域经济、科技发展的必然趋势。本文分析了协同创新环境下高职院校校企合作现状及存在的问题,提出通过加强自身建设、强化政府引导机制、调整企业策略、合理分配双方利益等方式,进一步加强校企合作,促进高职教育发展。

Cooperation between school and enterprise is an important way for higher vocational education, is also an inevitable trend of regional economic, science and technology development. This paper discussed the problem of cooperation between school and enterprise in collaborative innovation environment, strengthening self-construction and leading mechanism, adjusting enterprise strategy, rational distribution of mutual interest were put forward to strengthen cooperation between school and enterprise, promote higher professional education development.
