摘要
基于模糊物元分析和理想解法的人力资源测评方法。通过评价指标值的标准差,得到指标客观权重;利用TOPSIS法构造出正、负理想方案,计算各评价方案与理想方案的距离和相对贴近度,据此实现对方案的排序优选。算例表明了该方法的可行性。
Based on fuzzy matter-element analysis and TOPSIS method, a human resource assessment method is putted forward. The objective weights of the indexes are got by the standard deviation. Then, the TOPSIS method is used to getting the positive and negative ideal projects, calculating the distances between the real projects and the ideal projects and their relative contact degrees. Furthermore, the priority is got by the relative contact degrees. Finally, the application of the method is illustrated by the practical examples.
