摘要 由于优秀学习习惯的缺失、自我监督的能力不强等原因,学困生在自主学习探讨模式中遇到很大的问题,本次研究一是落在了新教学模式的深入探究上,二是落在了自信心的培养上,通过帮助学困生重新建立自信,使他们也能品味到成功的喜悦,并逐渐塑造出更加健全的人生态度和学习态度,从而从根本上解决学困生的思想问题,进而使学困生重新拾起勇气、抬起头来见证自信自强,继而塑造出良好的生活习惯、学习习惯和行为习惯,从根本上提升教学效率和教学质量。 Due to the lack of self-monitoring ability,poor student in study have a lot of problems in the mode of autonomous learning. This study focuses on the new teaching mode of exploration, focuses on the cultivation of self-confidence.By helping the poor student confidence again, they also can taste the joy of success; We can create a more robust attitude and learning attitude, we also can solve the problem of poor student's thought, and then we can make the poor student to pick up the courage,look up to witness confident,and they will create a good living habits, study habits and behavior habits, of course, the teaching efficiency and teaching quality will be improved.
