近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,人们生活水平不断提高,法律意识也逐渐增强。法律思维作为一种新型思维,对于现代企业管理具有十分重要的影响,现代企业管理过程中只有具备良好的法律思维,综合运用实际的法律思维来解决相应的实际问题,才能实现现代企业经济效益和社会效益的最大化。本文针对法律思维在现代企业管理的现状以及存在的问题,提出几点有效的措施和建议,从而提高我国现代企业管理水平,综合运用法律思维对现代企业进行管理。(1)

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, people's living standards continue to improve, the legal awareness is gradually enhanced. Legal thinking, as a kind of new thinking, for the modern enterprise management has a very important influence, modern enterprise management process, only to have good legal thinking, comprehensive use of the actual legal thinking to solve some practical problems, in order to achieve the maximization of modern enterprise economic benefits and social benefits. In this paper, in view of legal thinking in the modern enterprise management of the status quo and the existing problems, put forward some effective measures and suggestions, so as to improve the management level of modern enterprises in China, comprehensive use of legal thinking of modern enterprise management.
