高职高专就业指导过程中存在的问题和对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Employment Guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges

值此就业形势空前严峻之际,高职高专毕业生就业质态呈现不稳状态,严重影响社会稳定,因此,笔者根据高职高专院校职业指导教师在对学生就业指导过程中遇到的现实问题,进行细化分析,并探讨有效应对策略,以提升学生就业竞争力,实现高质量就业。

In light of the unprecedentedly severe employment conditions in China, graduates from higher vocational colleges are confronted with a precarious dilemma posing great threat to social stability, thus, the author attempts to analyze realistic problems arising from the process of employment counseling as a professional employment counselor with an aim to explore effective solutions and strategies with hope that students' vocational competitiveness shall be elevated and high-quality employment situation can be achieved.
