农业院校大学生创新创业教育现状与对策分析

农业院校开展大学生创新创业教育是高等学校优化人才培养模式,顺应现代化农业发展的迫切要求。但从目前情况看,农业院校大学生创新创业教育普遍存在着教育目的不明确、课程体系不完善、教师队伍不健全、实践基地缺乏、组织机构衔接不紧密等问题,因此,各农业院校必须及时采取措施,完善创新创业教育的薄弱点,以求为农业现代化和社会进步培养出创新型农业科学技术和管理人才。

Agricultural Colleges and universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education is to optimize the training mode of talents in Colleges and universities, which is an urgent requirement to adapt to the development of modern agriculture. But from the current situation, innovation and entrepreneurship education of agricultural college students widespread education purpose is not clear, curriculum system is not perfect, teachers' team is not perfect, lack of practice base, organizational cohesion not closely and other issues. Therefore, the agricultural colleges and universities must to take timely measures to improve the innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in weak points, in order to agricultural modernization and social progress for develop a new agricultural science and technology and management personnel.
