基于创新能力培养的高等教育教学模式探析

在我国的人才培养计划中,接受高等教育是一个非常重要的手段。现在是一个新型的社会,社会上各大企业和单位机构更看重的是高校毕业生的创新水平。然而我国高等教育教学模式却注重于传统的理论教学,造成了高校毕业生不能很好地适应社会发展现状。本文主要阐述了目前高等教育教学模式在创新能力培养方面存在的弊端,详细探讨了这种教学模式,从而有针对性地提出一些建议。

In our country's talent training plan, the acceptance of higher education is a very important means. Now it's a new type of society, the major enterprises and institutions in the community pay more attention to the level of innovation of college graduates. However, the higher education teaching mode in China is focused on the traditional theory teaching, which causes the university graduates to not adapt to the current situation of social development. This article mainly elaborated the malprac-tice existed in present higher education teaching pattern in the innovation ability training aspect and made detailed discussion on this pattern, thus puts forward some suggestions to these questions.
