在新的政治和经济文化环境当中,我们当下的高校党政工作都面临着大学生党员人数激增和大学生党员入党后思想开始松懈的两个附随性问题。大多数的高校都存在重视发展党员,轻视入党后教育,入党后的监督和考察机制不健全等问题。本文从当下大学生党员的思想状况切入,提出通过党员自我教育完善、高校党组织定期考察、党外群众民主监督等路径完成大学生党员入党后的再教育。
