本文是针对高职传统体育教学方法与现代体育教学方法所进行的比较研究。文章在简要阐述了高职传统体育教学方法和现代体育教学方法的概念内涵的基础上,具体分析了高职传统体育教学方法与现代体育教学方法的主要特征和优缺点,希望能够为高职院校体育教学中教学方法的合理选择与应用提供一定的理论参考。

This paper makes a comparative study of traditional physical education teaching methods and modern sports tea-ching methods in Vocational colleges. On the basis of the concept and connotation of the teaching methods of traditional sports and modern sports teaching method, a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the main features of the teaching methods of traditional sports and modern sports teaching methods, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the rational selection and application of teaching methods of physical education in higher vocational colleges.
