摘要
文章针对我国高校食品专业普遍开设的食品营养学双语教学,剖析食品营养学教学改革实践中存在的一些误区与问题,并据此从教学重点、教材选用、教学方法、师资培养和学科建设等几个方面,探讨如何提高食品营养学课程的教学质量,旨在为开展有效的食品营养学双语课程教学改革提供依据。
Several bilingual education for the Food Nutrition have been opened in food professional Chinese universities. This paper analyzes some of the errors and problems of food nutrition reform existing teaching practice, and discusses how to im-prove the teaching quality of food nutrition course such as teaching points, textbook selection, teaching methods, teacher tra-ining, curriculum development and so on. Our aim is to provide references for the development of the bilingual teaching reform exploration of Food Nutrition effectively.
