基于培养“应用型人才”的金融企业会计教学探讨

Accounting Teaching of Financial Enterprise Based on the Training of "Applied Talents"

随着金融成为现代经济运行的核心,社会对金融教育和人才培养提出了更高的要求:分层培养人才。既要着力于培养研究型人才,又要培养大批应用型人才。作为三本院校,在制定教学计划和人才培养方案时,都强调要体现三本院校的特色,重在为社会培养"应用型本科人才"。因此,本文基于"应用型人才"培养目标,在金融学和会计学专业设置的课程中针对"金融企业会计"教学进行探讨。

With the finance becoming the core of the modern economy, the society put forward a deeper requirement for fi-nancial education and personnel training. We must focus on the training of research personnel, but also to cultivate a large num-ber of applied talents. As colleges, in the development of teaching plans and personnel training programs, have stressed the need to reflect the characteristics of the three institutions, focusing on the social cultivation of"applied undergraduate talents". Therefore, this article based on"applied talents"training objectives, in the financial and accounting professional setting for the"financial enterprise accounting"teaching.
