拥抱“供给侧改革”:普通高中教育筹资的路径选择

Embrace the "Supply Side Reform" :the Path Selection of General High School Education Financing

作为承上启下的教育阶段,普通高中教育在我国教育改革与发展中发挥着重要作用。本文通过分析普通高中教育筹资供给侧存在的问题及原因,从三个方面提出结构性改革路径,即是:发挥学校自主筹资作用,开拓筹资新渠道,建立筹资激励机制,进行全面深化改革以提高普通高中教育质量与效益。

As education nexus, ordinary high school education plays an important role in the education reform and development in china. In this paper, through the analysis of the ordinary high school education funding supply side problems and reasons, put forward structural reform path from three aspects, that is: play school self financing, open up new financing channels,set up financing incentive mechanism, deepen reform to improve senior high school education quality and benefit.
